Growing Rubber Plant in your Home garden is very easy, Rubber Plant can be propagated in soil and water. Propagation of Rubber Plant in soil through stem cutting. Ensure plant stem cuttings facing up the same direction they were growing

Effective Drainage
An excellent soil drainage is crucial to grow Rubber Plant. Take a pot make a small hole and fill with a small stone for the effective drainage.

Soil and Pot
Rubber Plant typically grow in any good, fast – draining potting soil mixture, some of the indoor gardeners use cactus Gardening soil mix. Use equal proposition of  River sand and Organic compost and gardening soli.

Propagating Rubber Plant in soil
Rubber plants can be propagated from leaf-tip cuttings, cut the leaf-tip part of the plant and it is pain full while cutting the tip of the plant. but this is how propagation happens for rubber plant. You can use some rooting hormone for development of the roots.

Fill the pot with soil mixture and spray water to keep the soil moisture before planting. Push the bottom part of the leaf-tip cutting into the soil. Lightly. spray water to keep moisture after planting. After few weeks you can see leaf-tip cuttings started growing.

Rubber plant can be propagated in water,  You can cut  the leaf-tip part of the plant and regrow them in water. After the development of the roots plant them in soil.

Repotting Rubber plant
Rubber plant grows quickly under the healthy environment and need to repotted at the time
untill the plant reaches the height you want but difficult to repot the larger plant. You can repot the well-developed Rubber Plant in a new pot for the further growth of the plant


Where to Keep your plant?

Like most of the plant, rubber plants love bright, indirect sun light and can even tolerate some direct sunlight. However, they also grow well in shady corners and other low-light areas of the home. Do not keep the rubber plant where plant do not receive sufficient light. This plant will lose their lower leaves, and their leaf color will become dull instead of glossy and vibrant.

When to feed Fertilizer
Rubber plant grows fasters and provide a weak liquid fertilizer throughout the growing season.

Temperature
Keep the Rubber plant in a warm spot with temperatures above 60° Fahrenheit to 74 degrees Fahrenheit with the moderate humidity as well.

Is Rubber plant Toxic?
This plant is poisonous to pets and kids if consumed due to toxic material. Best practice is always to keep houseplants out of reach of kids and pets

Diseases
Rubber plants are vulnerable to various pests like measly bugs, aphids etc.,. you have to identify the infestation at the earliest and spray neem oil as a home remedy.
